3、 What is the ODM process
Shenzhen Jiurui Technology Co., Ltd. has signed a "Entrusted Development Agreement" with the client. We will design and develop the product for the user according to the time, technical conditions, and acceptance standards specified in the agreement, and provide relevant development documentation. The customer shall pay the development fees in stages according to the agreement.
The detailed development process is as follows:
1. Product functional requirements and technical feasibility analysis;
2. Technical implementation route planning;
3. Propose (submit) a technical proposal (including: specific technical implementation route, development process planning, development cost budget, product cost estimation table, etc.).
4. Hardware development process: circuit principle design, PCB design, circuit board processing, prototype processing and debugging.
5. Software development process: customizing and porting operating system software, developing and debugging driver programs, and developing and debugging application programs.
6. productization process: industrial design (appearance, structural design, chassis mold opening), EMC stability testing, circuit principles, PCB optimization, providing prototype test samples that meet functional requirements.
7. Technical documents: product circuit schematic, PCB diagram, component BOOM bill of materials, hardware technical data, software technical data, industrial design mechanical drawings.
8. Mass production of products:
Small batch trial production: Production and testing of fixtures, feedback on trial issues, circuit schematics, PCB optimization.
◆ Mass production: Standardization of production and testing tooling documents, finalization and archiving of circuit schematics and PCBs for mass-produced prototypes, finalization and archiving of component bill of materials BOOM tables, finalization and archiving of software and hardware technical documents, and finalization and archiving of industrial design mechanical drawings.
